Our bar manager, Gabriel Ducharme, and our Executive Chef, Jordan Borlaza, have created an innovative tastign menu showcasing the characteristics of these specially selected gins, while complimentign the Wood & Salt culinary concept.
Guest will receive a four course dinner. Each course will be accompanied by a mini cocktail complimenting the dish. Guest will also receive a sample of each Gin being showcased.
The dinner will be communal seating. Seats are limited and tickets can be purchased on our website or at the restaurant.
